For those of you who like eggs, this is wonderful news. Eat as many as you like, as often as you like, with no guilty conscience. Hard to beat :-)

Some years ago, eggs were bad for you. Now they have been cleared of all guilt. I wonder will they sue?

Cheers.

I read some years ago there was an old fellow who lived in a retirement home who ate between six and eight hard boiled eggs a day and his cholesterol level was perfect.

The conclusion was at the time that since he ate all those eggs each day, which is all protien, there wasn't a lot of room left for carbohydrates which is what is really hard on the body.

It worked just like the Atkins Diet.
